The Support You Need
Your phones are answered by friendly people with years of experience in the industry, taking care of scheduling and confirmations on your behalf, fielding questions, and even covering jobs for you when you are not available. You have complete access and control over your calendar whenever and wherever using your iPhone, Android, or other Internet-enabled device.
When your transcripts are complete, email us an ASCII file and we handle it from there. We use your company branding on transcripts, electronic files, letters, scheduling and confirmation email, even shipping labels. We take care of printing, binding, writing letters, billing, packaging, shipping, and any necessary postproduction follow-up like cost certificates (Missouri Circuit Court) and signature returns. Invoices for services are prepared at your specific rates, and we follow up with regular reminders and collection calls.
Earn more and get paid on bill-out
In addition to receiving more of what is billed out than you would at any ordinary court reporting firm, we advance payment to you on bill-out – payday is every other Friday – with funds transferred to you by direct deposit.
Receive substantial commission on your overflow jobs
At your direction, we schedule your overflow depositions with the reporter or reporters of your choice, and you receive a substantial commission on bill-out.
Integrity and confidentiality with no long-term contracts
We would like to make sure our relationship is always positive and mutually beneficial, which helps to ensure that it is long-lasting. If you would ever like to discontinue our agreement for services at any time, you always have that option without any penalty.
